Fire up the grill for these meat-free alternatives to a BBQ classic.


Add a little oil to the pan and fry the sausages for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, turning occasionally. After 5 minutes add the onions to soften a little.


Add a little salt and pepper to the onions and sausages to flavour.


Slice your buns and add a little lettuce ready to house your hot dog.


Add the sausages and onions to your buns and flavour with your favourite sauce!
