Ingredients
2 PlanetY Vegan XL Burgers
1 Red onion
1 Small lettuce
1 Radish
1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
Olive oil
4 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise
2 Burger bugs
Directions
1Slice the red onion, lettuce, radish, tomatoes and the peppers ready for your burger.
2Add a little oil to the pan and fry the burgers for 8-10 minutes on a medium heat, turning occasionally.
3Toast the buns in the pan for a minute or two to crisp the faces.
4Remove the buns, stack the salad and burgers and add the mayonnaise to hold it all in place!
